Practicing yoga during the pre or post-natal stages of pregnancy is a wonderful way to relax the body, calm the mind, strengthen the muscles for childbirth, and connect with your baby in a safe and peaceful environment. Learn basic yoga breathing and relaxation techniques that can be beneficial during the labor process.
Relaxation Bliss™, Restorative, Yoga For Your Back and most Level 1 classes are best suited for pregnancy and the post-natal period, but we recommend that you first consult with your physician and then speak with a staff member to develop an appropriate program based on your level of yoga experience. Please always inform instructors of the stage of your pregnancy.
