INTRO TO YOGA
This class is designed for students new to yoga as well as for those wanting an in-depth review of the fundamentals. While each class stands on its own, a range of material will be presented over the course of ten weeks to provide a comprehensive introduction to the physical (asana - poses) and philosophical basis of yoga. We recommend this as a first class for beginners and encourage you to keep coming back to establish a well-rounded foundation to your practice.
