LINDA SACCOCCIO (RADHA)

TEACHING STYLE
Linda’s beginner level classes are based on the Integral Yoga method. Classes begin with a simple chant or mantra to enable students to shift from the hustle and bustle of their lives to the peace and calm that exists within. In doing this, the room becomes a safe haven for their practice. Instruction in asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation allow students to experience inner harmony or the union that is yoga. Through this balanced system of yoga, students develop concentration and clarity while strengthening, relaxing and revitalizing the body and mind. Linda's approach is steady, mindful and supportive. Her classes are suitable for beginners as well as anyone who wants a meditative approach to yoga.

PHILOSOPHY
We all have a purpose for being here on earth. We exist and act through a physical form. Yoga acknowledges this physical form (our bodies) and gives us ways to release the tensions and illusions that bind and inhibit. Through a steady practice of yoga we are able to manifest our purpose with ease and joy. Yoga begins with the physical and clears the way to a more complete experience of life and living.
