JIM BEMENT
TEACHING STYLE
Deep Dance Meditation focuses on spirituality and inner emotional expression through movement, flow, and music, allowing healing, wellness, and empowerment of individual bodies, minds, and spirits to lead to communal healing of the world. This class provides a comfortable, safe, and welcoming space for all levels and especially parents, youth and people with medical conditions.
PHILOSOPHY
Jim did daily meditation in the monastic temples of Tengboche and Shyangboche, Nepal and with Vipassana practitioners in Thailand. Being meditatively mindful and present in the here and now of each musical phase adds greatly to these movement classes. Authentic inner movement and sharing with each other in heart-to-heart connectedness while saluting the divine activates the healing process.
