CLASS LEVELS
LEVEL 1
These classes are appropriate for those new to yoga or for those who are renewing their practice regardless of age, fitness level, strength, or degree of flexibility. All are welcome to enjoy the many benefits of yoga!
LEVEL 1-2
These moderately paced classes are suitable for those with some basic knowledge of yoga. Emphasis is on breathing and healthy alignment of the body and mind to build core strength, flexibility and stamina.
LEVEL 2
These classes are more strenuous than level 1-2 classes and are suitable for those with yoga experience. Class incorporates more advanced poses, longer holding of poses and may include inversions.
LEVEL 2-3
These are more challenging classes designed for the more experienced practitioner. Students are introduced to more advanced postures and methods of practice. Not suitable for beginners.
